Don’t go to this dr., she has a bad record and should not be in practice. We saw her once and I realized right away that something wasn’t right. I went home and did some research on her to find out that she had articles written about her malpractice. I feel angry that she is allowed to prescribe medications. Hope this helps others to be safe. I gave her one star only because I had to to submit survey.

I loved Dr. Fredrick when I was at Pacific Shores Hospital. She was attentive, caring and was very patient with me. I didn't feel forced to talk about things that I wasn't ready to talk about. When I told her one of my medications was knocking me out during the day, she simply took me off of it right away, no questions asked.

Do not put any of your loved ones under the care of Dr. Nomi Fredrick MD or Jonathan Rader. My 23 year old daughter spent 7 months in voluntary inpatient tx under their care. Less than 6 weeks after releasing her, her only sibling found her dead. They closed both the Rader Institute and Pac Shores voluntarily, to keep their licenses valid, after the administrator, Daniel, was found to be having sexual relations with patients. The CA med board says all are in good standing. Prayers to all.

I'd give Dr. Fredrick a lower than one star rating of it are possible. During my stay at the in patient treatment center where Dr. Fredrick served as the medical director and as my psychiatrist, she made at least 3 major medication errors, 2 of which took her weeks to catch. Those 2 errors came with horrible symptoms which were not only extremely uncomfortable but also life threatening. I later discovered several concerning news articles written about her and her mistreatment of others.
