Left me in tears
Dr. Peters was extremely rude, inconsiderate, dismissive and condescending to the point that my wife came to the car in tears. This type of behavior has no place in healthcare or the world in general. What makes this even more unfortunate is that Monica Blair and her team are some of the most caring compassionate health care providers I’ve ever encountered, it is a shame that their reputation has to be shared and tarnished by Dr. Peters. I am not the type of person who normally thinks it is appropriate to write negative reviews but the fact that her actions where so grossly inappropriate I felt compelled to spare others from the heartache and disappointment we experienced. To tell a patient who is facing a serious long term health condition that they are overthinking it and should up their anxiety meds is plain disgusting. No human deserves to be treated in this way especially in their darkest hour of trial and tribulation. It looks as if we are not the only ones

Dr. Moyo was not capable of accurately treating any of my mental health issues and was not able to sustain continuity of a medication regimen I had been on for 7 years prior to switching to her as my new PCP. She insisted that my mental health struggles were present simply because was not good at managing my weight.

I scheduled an appointment to discuss Diagnosing ADHD and treatment options, specifically for my inability to be at work on time and forgetfulness and be pointed in the right direction to a Therapist or Psychologist. I showed up 20 mins late and was turned away and told to find another clinic because they don’t treat no shows. I understand time is valuable and I also understand doctors don’t have to see me but seriously. The whole reason I’m here is the reason your turning me down, I need some professional help. Could of at least said we “I do apologize but we have a strict tardiness policy here” not “we don’t treat no shows and you can’t be seen here now”

I absolutely love her! Best doctor I've ever had in all of my 27 years, hands down! I will be moving 300 miles away from Jonesboro soon, and I will still make the drive to see her!

This has been my primary doctor for a while now but I'm switching doctors due to terrible service. I was in two auto accidents which were weeks apart and every time I went to seek treatment or pain medication she and her nurse were rude and acted as if they didnt care. Dr. Moyo told me that I shouldn't be having any pain and therefore she treated me as if I wasn't in any. She prescribed me muscle relaxers that didnt work after I had told her prior they didnt. She's rude and I refuse to go back.

Terrible, she basically called me a liar and I will be changing Doctors. She did not want to write my letter confirming medicines because she said I should have been finished taking it although I told her how the meds made me feel so I could not take them as prescribed. Terrible manners, she could not remember writing my prescription and said I must have gotten the medicine from the ER DOctor. All I needed was a with her letter head listing all the medications that she had prescribed me and she

I was referred and she didn’t look at my chart before seeing me. She jumped in stating all the things wrong with me and I had to tell her why I was being seen. She is very rude and doesn’t care what the patient has to say. Last time I was seen she told me “can you image if we believed what the patient told us what their blood pressesure was,we can only go by what it is in the office”. She seems not to care about people who are overweight. I will not be back.
