Horrible Doctor
This was one of the worst appointments I've ever had. The doctor was extremely rude, rushed, and did not listen. I went to her because my wonderful Neurologist in Alexandria retired and I wanted to see someone local. She dismissed every neurological condition I have had for years and was obviously not interested in helping me. I will never see this doctor again.

I wish I could leave 0 stars.
I came in for a years’ worth of severe symptoms, such as: fainting spells, chronic migraines for 10+ years, constant nausea, severe aura, severe neuralgia (pins and needles), etc. I told her that previously no medications have helped me, so I don’t think that it is just tension headaches. I expressed how badly I need help. She invalidated every symptom, and said” the only reason I am ordering injections and an mri is because it is my ethical duty since you are passing out, but you are just unstable and need to manage your depression and anxiety.” As I tried to explain that they are very well managed, in therapy and all, she continued to cut me off and said, “someone that passes out frequently would not look this pretty.” I laughed, out of nervousness (and because I thought it was a joke) and she angrily said she was serious. I got some Emgality injections, but did not even receive the MRI. She ordered an MRI for migraine w/out aura, despite me having severe aura. Never go to her.

Finally care for the whole issue
Dr. Rehman is caring and kind. She listens to the whole issue and took the time to explain what medications could be used and how to notice what’s working and what isn’t! Highly recommend!

Dr. Rehman was very nice but a little rushed. I went to her office just for a secondary surgical consult before I could be cleared for surgery. She didn't spend much time with me so I can't say what she is like as a primary doctor but I can say that she asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say.

I was a new pt. I had been in the hospital and was told by the hospital staff that I had a stroke. She walked in sat at the computer, and starting talking. She looked the report and said that my CT was clean, but the CTA( and she made sure to tell me it was not a CT, but a CTA) showed plaque, but there was no way I had a stroke because there was no bulging. She also kept checking her phone. She did not want to order additional imaging even though I started having symptoms while in the visit. Then she left. I want my payment back because I can be ignored at home for free.

Did not wait long for appointment. Dr Rehman is excellent doctor who gives you her time, as if you were her only patient. My family doctor, Dr. John Kin, gave me a referral to see her. Her professional manner and kindness are a plus.

Dr rehman is one of the most dismissive and uncaring physicians I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Was admitted to Spotsylvania hospital for extreme dizziness and headache. Have had previous stroke 4 years ago. Dr Rehman spent a whopping 5 minutes with me telling me the MRI scan was clears and basically to “go home and live with it”. Probably migraines. She offered no advice for relief, or any possible help. If your ever in need of a Neurologist please see someone else.

Her bedside manner was horrible. She had no time to actually speak with us... didn't even put down her purse. She barely made it inside the room before telling us she couldn't help and was referring us elsewhere. Then we never got the referral. When I called her office, she wanted us to go to a follow-up with her in 2 weeks. The situation is so serious we can't wait two weeks! We tried to speak to her about seizure management she simply stated "well, she's going to have seizures". She has

I was referred to see a neurologist for by my physician because of hyperesthesia. I was referred to see a neurologist. I went to see Dr. Rehman on 2/25/19. She did about 10 test in the office which lasted less than 5 minutes. She said "I do not know why your doctor referred you to me." She said she could not help me. I was so upset, I started crying. She said she would give me a prescription for anxiety and pain. She said she would refer to me to someone in Richmond. I give her a .5 out of 5

Follow up visit ordered by Spotsylvania Hospital with Dr. Rehman. She is not taking the time to read the reports. Asked her point blank does the MRI show any issue with the left ear? She responded with no we were not looking at the ear we were looking for signs of stroke. I now have the report in my hand. Clearly says to go see an ENT.

Great experience. Was a new patient and everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Rehman took time to explain my MRI and answer all my questions. She listened to my concerns and took the time to make sure I fully understood what we had discussed. I would definitely recommend her to all family and friends in need of a neurologist.

Don’t waste your time or money. She is rude with bad bedside manner. She says nothing is wrong even with facts right infront of her. She says oh it’s probably your Meds. & says get a second opinion. She does not even care or wants to put in the work to help you.

I had an abnormal MRI (from GP) with a family history of MS,She rushed in, sat in front of the computer and asked me why I was there. She hadn't bothered to read any reports I had given the nurse.I made her look at the CD of my MRI and she rushed through each slide, then proclaimed everything was due to a medication I take. When I persisted, she gave me the most basic exam and that was it. I left in tears. My 2nd opinion Dr. found numerous issues from my spinal tap and physical exam.
