Dr. Zavala has been such an incredible doctor! She truly listens and understands those in her care. She did my partial hysterectomy in January 23' she gave so much detail both before and after having the procedure and wanted to know how everything was affecting me as any good caring doctor would! She is so patient, caring, and really sees her patient which is uncommon for a lot of doctors. I can't say enough good things about her!

Dr. Zavala has taken exceptional care of me and her proactive approach and knowledge quite literally most likely saved my life. I cannot convey in words what it means to have not only a knowledgeable doctor, but also a doctor who gets to know you as a person and provides excellent care with compassion like I have rarely seen. She is a top-notch doctor, and I would HIGHLY recommend her. She is an Angel on Earth.

Dr. Zavala is considerate, patient, answers all your questions, and is caring. I love that she always made sure I understood what was happening. She takes her time and really is a loving professional. I have never had a better doctor and would recommend her to everyone.

I don't know where to start,I have so many great things to say about my Dr. Zavala. Please excuse my grammar, due to my strokes my words get mixed up. When I move from Austin to Lubbock in 2020, I had alot of health issues including my heavy bleeding with fibroids. She was always careful and made sure I was getting the best treatment/procedure done cause of my other health issues. I can't say it enough but I truly am blessed to have you as my Obgyn. Dr. Zavala was and is the absolute best. Her decision-making and quick thinking are why my baby and wife are healthy and happy today. In addition to top notch thinking in a rush, she’s just simply incredibly gifted and intelligent. She’s everything you want in a physician. To add yet another cherry on top, she’s uncommonly kind and genuinely cares about you.

She is the best MD my wife and I have ever been to. We will cherish her kindness and her for ever. She helped us every step of the way. She is not only a doctor we made a friend along the way. Thank you Doc we truly appreciate buoyed your help and every single appointment. She made it happen for my wife and I! Thank you!

Dr. Zavala was great. I was so nervous, this was my first time going for a checkup. She calmed me down and talked to me the whole time. She was very nice and the exam was so quick! She definitely helped me with my anxiety about doctors. #fastestpapinthewest

The assistant is terrible, she never calls you back when she has to, or you leave a message, she doesn't pass the messages to the doctor. They don't do follow up to schedule surgery. About Dr Zavala, pregnant woman are more important to her than non pregnant.( I guess she gets paid more) She never sends the referral to other partners to do combined surgery ... She takes many, many,many, time many time answering messages if she ever answers. I will never recommend her to anyone.... For your own good, look for another doctor that really cares

I have had three different doctors and Zavala was by far my favorite! Her whole staff was amazing at explaining every little thing to me and helping me with anything that I needed. By far the best delivery I've had and the easiest recovery! Amazing doctor with a great staff behind her!

Dr. Zavala was very helpful during my high-risk pregnancy. She answered all of my questions, was thorough with my monitoring, and kept me informed of all options and risks. While the office at times gave me issues, it was worth it for her care.

I’m March of 2021, I went to the ER because I was having severe pain in my pelvis. From there I was admitted to the hospital and that’s were I met the lady who was going to heal me! It was a puzzle to find what was going on with me, even after multiple ultrasounds and a CT scan it was hard tell but looked like I had an adnexal mass. so we scheduled surgery knowing once Doctor Zavala was able to see with her own eyes what was going on she could fix it, and that she did. She opened me up laparoscopically and found Stage 4 Endometriosis. She removed it all giving me a full hysterectomy and I haven’t felt this good in a long while. I’m so thankful to her for taking me as a patient, taking my case seriously and helping me get well all within a few months! I recommend if your having pain in your pelvis and having problems during your period to see her and get checked out! I wish I’d met her sooner!

Dr Zavala is my kind of doctor. She has practical solutions and is efficient yet is caretaking throughout visits and my hospital stay. My hysterectomy was an absolute breeze. I was at a restaurant getting take out immediately after surgery without any pain. I was out shopping the next day. Pain was almost non existent. Everything healed very quickly. Don’t be afraid to get this procedure done if you are on the fence. My horrible periods are gone!!

Dr. Zavala is fantastic! Not only is she a great surgeon, but she has fantastic bedside manner and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She has gone above and beyond taking care of me. I am so thankful that I chose her as my Gyn surgeon. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent OB/GYN.

Dr. Zavala is an amazing doctor. She is very easy to talk to, she listens to every question and concern, and answers clearly, kindly, and in terms that are understood by a normal person. She made me feel very comfortable during all procedures and explained things throughout. Her office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Zavala.

Dr. Zavala is phenomenal. Not only was she incredibly friendly and put me at ease, but I am not exaggerating when I say she is the FASTEST gynecologist I’ve ever seen when it comes to a Pap smear. Her entire staff was great! It really made a huge difference when it comes to such an uncomfortable appointment.

I had a visit a year ago and lost the clinic phone number. Couldnt remeber the name of the clinic or Dr but they called to remind me of a yearly appointment. I was so apprehensive about going anywhere else. Zavala is totally LGBTQ friendly and made me feel at ease. Glad kind doctors exist.

The 1st time that I went she took her time to explain what was going on which was nice but in between that she did not let me forget about my weight on that part she is very un professional If She does not know the complete medical history of her patients just keep your mouth shut or if you do not want to deal with obese patients just be honest.

One of the best doctors I've been to. I've already recommended her to my mother, sister, and friends looking for a new OB/GYN. I'm so impressed!
