Saved my life, very progressive, and proactive
Attention to detail, very transparent, the staff, is very professional I've been a patient under doctor Reid's care for sometime. My wife and daughter are also patients under her care so that tells you how we love and respect her practice.

LOVE Dr. Reid!
I have been a patient of Dr. Reid for 12 years. My wife has been for 5 years. Dr. Reid has always been patient, kind and understanding of my needs. Especially now that I'm in my retirement years. The doctor's assistants and staff have also always been attentive, considerate and accommodating. We highly recommend Dr. Reid and will continue to have her as our primary physician for, hopefully, many more years to come.

Great Doctor but terrible staff
I have been going here for several years and I’m always reluctant to call and schedule an appointment because the front office is just terrible. I find that I get great anxiety whenever I have to call this office because I know that I’m not going to be able to talk to the doctor because I continue to get the runaround. I have met with the doctor and she’s a wonderful person which is why I don’t like leaving such a low review, but it shouldn’t be this hard to be seen by medical professional. Good luck trying to get through to her.

As bad as it gets. Rude and surly staff who can’t be bothered to answer phones and definitely will not help you in any way, carelessly and sloppy medical care. I could go on and on but I’m so exhausted from fighting so hard to get even the bare minimum of care here.

Thank you Dr. Reid! Always Kind :-)
I have been treated by Dr. Reid for several years. It can be a little tough to get an appointment with her (she books up, fast) but it is well worth it. I love that she is open to more natural healing modalities, and never pushes medication. I would happily recommend her to anyone in the Culver City/LA area. God Bless, RB

Both I and my son have been with Dr. Reid for many years. She is a great doctor and really takes the time to build relationships with her clients. She is very kind and always concerned with what you have to say as a patient. Even when they moved offices much further away from us, we decided not to change doctors.

I have been a patient for over two years. Staff is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. You will usually be seen by the PA but never the doctor. It seems she’s too busy with Hollywood to care about her patients. Good luck getting an appointment and any real medical diagnosis. I recommend you stay far away from this place and find a real doctors office.

After, 5 yrs I feel Dr. is nice and was helpful when I asked “ her for referrals, she’s usually good with I been having some concerns do to my health asked for a referral for specific specialist I been to before. The front desk I have to an application which crazy is since, I already seen the particular specialist in the past then I asked” them for another referral because, I’m having bad allergic reaction to something actually, when had an appointment dr reid didn’t give me a referral very disappointment then I had an phone call appointment she never called me to discuss this one matter.

Dr. Reid just isn't in the right line of work and leads truly terrible office staff and service, she forgets what my issues are and does not offer any recommendations for self-care or chronic injuries beyond the most basic out-of-the-box advice, sometimes advice that offers 0 improvements. been going there for basic checkups (she does have a dr assistant who is wonderful and should be in charge) and med maintenance but I'm over not being able to reach anyone for urgent needs, even my pharmacy can't get a response! Any time of the day I call I get an answering service or simply endless ringing - no voice mail?? I've had better, more reliable care at our local urgent-care clinic.

I was a patient and Dr. Reid's office for about 2 years and never actually saw her. The office is so busy that you cannot get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Her assistant physician is genuinely mean. After waiting weeks to see a doctor, then waiting over an hour after the appointment time to see the assistant, she was extremely rude and rushed.

I don't recommend coming here. I was assigned Dr. Reid through my health insurance but I never actually met her. When I went for my appointment I waited over an hour and a half in the lobby before I was seen. The two receptionists were discussing whether they should use "their" or "there" in a text message. The nurse practitioner was fine and seemed more diligent than those working at the front desk. When I left, I was told they would put in a referral right away for me to see a specialist. When I called the following week, I found out that the receptionist who handles the referrals went on vacation and my referral was yet to be submitted while I was dealing with a serious health issue. I was told she would do it later that day. I waited a couple of days and called my insurance to see if a referral was submitted (downside to having HMO) and they said nothing had been submitted. It took a total of TWO AND A HALF WEEKS for the front desk to SIMPLY submit my referral. I will never go back
