Secretary CIARA very arrogant
The doctor is very good, but her secretary who seems to be her best friend (name CIARA) and whom she defends, is very arrogant and treats people bad even people in her staff. I and three other friends stopped going there because of that. It's a pity. No boss can ignore complains from people, staff, clients or patients in this case.
