Didn’t follow insurance protocol
Dr Levine did not follow my health insurance protocol that requires all imaging to be done at Steinburg Diagnostic. I didn’t realize he was doing an ultrasound on my feet until after the fact and got a nice big bill in the mail. If you are a teacher with CCSD. Please be aware and make sure you go to a doctor that follows our insurance protocol or be willing to fork out an extra $200 in imaging. My other doctors always have me go to Steinburg per my insurance.

I’d give no stars .... terrible bed side manner... spends no time explaining anything,. When I asked if there was anything I could do sat home he said to look on website... spent no time helping me.. tried to call office to speak with billing they took a message which took 3 1/2 weeks to return.. . The office never called my insurance carrier to see what coverage I had.. definitely not an advocate for their patients... just money hungry & incompetent... wish I read reviews before I wasted my mon

I was under this docs care for over a year for toenail fungus and saw him 3 times. With my nails getting worse I asked what my toenails were infected with and was told I had a "false negative" result which was "very common from the lab" they use. So, for a year I was unable to get a more effective prescription treatment and used something he sold me. He offered to remove my toenails and I was done! In a month with a second doctor and + lab result my nails are improving! Don't waste your time
