Efficient and courteous
I was taken back in a timely manner. Both techs (mammogram and ultrasound) were professional , courteous and knowledgeable. My results were completed within 24 hours.

They used to be good.
If you get a mammogram on a Friday. You will not get results until Tuesday. This is the only facility in Boca that doesn’t give results the same day.! They said they stopped giving results the same day since Covid. That was 4 years ago!!! I’ve been going there for 10 years(?) but no more! Listen, if you are high risk like I am, go somewhere else. Seriously! Either the radiologist is too lazy to give results right away or they just done care! Either way, it’s not worth the aggravation. Also, they pack the waiting room with women in robes and give everyone a paper bag to put their clothes in. They used to have lockers. If it’s crowded, you are going to wait on like after your mammogram to put your clothes back on. The technicians are very friendly but not the folks at the front desk.

My recent yearly visit went very smoothly. Lisa was my technologist, I requested her, as her technique is thorough, but quite gentle. I did have the opportunity to meet Dr. Beck some years ago, she was very calm & reassuring. I truly appreciated when she walked in the exam room after my ultrasound and said “Everything is fine”. Considering the thoughts going through my head….. I do wish the center was still in Central Boca Raton. However, a yearly mammography is imperative & driving further West will never detur me from taking a proactive approach to my well being. I highly recommend Care Diagnostics.

All went well from those at the front desk to having my mammogram and ultrasound sound. They were all very helpful and courteous. Answered any questions I had and made me very comfortable. There is no need for improvement at this facility! They are the best!
