Amazing doctor
He’s been such an amazing doctor though and through. He helped my mother throughout her procedure. He cares about his patients and I could tell throughout my interactions with him. I was skeptical of doctors at first since I had a few bad experiences. But Dr. Hallak proved that some doctors such as himself do care. I will forever recommend him to anyone that’s skeptical or want a doctor that cares, because he does care.

Excellent
I highly recommend Dr. Hallak. He correctly diagnosed my 'fissure' injury and recommended an (ILS) Internal Lateral Sphincterotomy procedure that corrected my condition. I thank him and his staff again.

Dr. Hallak was a very caring position. Spent a lot of time explaining my disease process. He also performed my colonoscopy which went very smoothly. I highly recommend him both as a physician and also as a genuine person.

I can not recommend this doctor. I had complications immediately following a routine procedure that took 6 months to heal. He lacked empathy, was dismissive and denied my pain was a result of his actions. A review of my condition by another GI doctor indicated my procedure had likely been rushed.

The most down to earth doctor I have ever met. I use to see him through Aurora in the Milwaukee area. I am truly sad he has moved on to a different location far from me. I would highly recommend him to everyone! He is such a nice and smart doctor!

I would not recommend this doctor. He was condescending, rude, demening to my issues. He refused to answer any questions I had with any legit and thoughtful answers. When asking a question, he would cut me off. He didn't introduce himself at he start of the appointment and remained short during the time. He remained standing and kept walking and placing his hand in the door to leave. He cut my appointment to less then 5 mins and provided no information and left me more confused.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Hallak?
Dr. Hallak was not open to or accepting of my concerns regarding my own health care. He gave me an ultimatum on the first visit who could provide care for me, and I will not be a patient of a doctor who practices this. When I told him I would need to think about his ultimatum, he asked if I had any other questions, then left the room. Yet, the office staff were kind and helpful during the visit.

This guy was horrible, very cold and brought me tears and after that asked me if I wanted a referral to behavioral health..(PS I am a behavioral health specialist). He had absolutely no empathy or bedside manner. It could be due in part that he's only out of his residency 3 years..

Dr Hallak was amazing. He listened to my concerns, asked questions in great detail and formulated a plan. He performed neccessary tests and called me himself with the results. He has continued to follow up with me and I will be forever grateful when other physicians missed the obvious cause.
