Doesn't listen
I have seen Dr. Ghattaura twice and both times, she simply doesn't listen to me. She asks rote questions about by issues but never actually addresses why I'm there. This last time, she ordered xrays of both my hands yet never followed up to read them or let me know what, if anything, was discovered. She is young and, in my opinion, inexperienced in dealing with older patients. Someone must have advised her that going into rheumatology would often mean have older patients. I will be looking for another doctor who will actually listen and try to help me.
