Dr. Chand is friendly, professional, and compassionate. She and her staff took very good care of me during my colonoscopy. Highly recommend!

I love Dr Chand but her employees are horrible. It took me 7 phone calls to schedule my first appointment with them. 7. No exaggeration. Now that I need my follow up I'm on call 9 trying to get a hold of someone. It's embarrassing to say the very least.

She understood my concerns and set me with the right tests and treatment plan

Dr. Chand spent a lot of time diagnosing and treating my stomach issues. She is professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and seems to truly care for a patients well being. I recommend her highly and have to my friends. Her staff is professional and courteous. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit but she is worth the wait!

can not say enough great things about Dr. Chand! To begin with, her compassion, patience, and kindness is refreshing in a profession where most doctors are in a rush or condescending. When offered a treatment plan, which was a bit overwhelming, she worked at a pace I was comfortable with and did not not argue with me when I wanted to do something different. I was very grateful for that. I followed her plan at a slower pace than she recommended but it still produced results. Dr. Chand responded quickly when she received test results and referred me to another specialist when she believed I needed further care. Thank you.

Dr.Chand is always very concerning, I like her because she takes the time to listen to you.

The appointment was great. The only issue was Dr. Chand didn't have some biopsy results in the file so it took a little bit of time to find them. But we loved how she explained things and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed and are happy with the treatment plan.

As a new patient, my first experience was excellent. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Dr Chand and her staff.

One possibility: Dr. Chand was having an off day, was working through a family emergency or other issue, and I should extend her some grace. Another possibility: This doctor should never see a patient who suffers from cognitive impairment, or a patient seeking a modicum of empathy from their medical provider. I have never written a review for a doctor before, but I was so disturbed by my interactions with Dr. Chand that I feel compelled to warn others. The most difficult portion of the visit came after the endoscopy. In Dr. Chand's post-procedure visit, she was visibly irritated and agitated with my relative. Despite my attempts to help explain the course of action to my very confused relative, Dr. Chand was borderline yelling at us. The challenges, frustrations, and heartbreak of dealing with a relative/patient who has dementia are certainly not lost on me -- but yelling and infantilizing someone is never the answer. A trained medical professional should know this.

Everything went great

Dr. Chand and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Chand listened to my symptoms and proposed some things I can do right away to lessen the symptoms while we wait for my testing results.

Dr Chand and her staff are outstanding! I was diagnosed with UC 3/2017 and unfortunately received very inferior care from my original GI practice. In my best interest I opted to find another physician and was blessed to connect with Dr. Chand. She is passionate, caring and a great listener. She has gone above and beyond and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Chand is professional and very caring. So happy that I found such an awesome doctor.

I went to see Dr. Chand when I discovered I had gallstones. She dismissed my complaints (back ache, gastro issues) and prescribed medication to help with indigestion. She said my symptoms were not a result of gallstones. I was not comfortable with her diagnosis so I pressed for further testing and set up an appointment with a surgeon - who confirmed - my gallbladder was not functioning well. Other than that, she was pleasant.

In my opinion easily jumps to conclusions. Not very good follow up

Doctor Chand has a wonderful, comforting manner that puts you at ease. She explains everything completely and listens to all of your concerns. She is my favorite of all my doctors.
