I’m so glad I found Dr. Basu and Firefly health. I have been struggling with a nagging issue for years, and every other doctor I’ve been to has never really taken the time to listen or follow up. Dr. Basu took all the time we needed to talk through the issues and is engaged in working through everything with me to find a solution. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Basu was very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. It’s very hard to find a physician that takes the time to understand a patient’s health concerns and address them thoughtfully and not just prescribe. Looking for a new PCP is hard in the area I live. I was able to meet the doctor online and establish an appointment within two weeks. When I spoke the doctor listened and asked all the appropriate questions. This experience was wonderful and I look forward to working with this doctor.
