It took me five gynos to find him. He is the best in Tampa. Great surgeon. And caught somethjng else, sent me to Moffitt, and saved my life.

Excellent experience. I was concerned after reading all of the FL Medical Clinic disclosures about how you aren't allowed to ask a single question about anything they don't consider to be 'routine' at a well visit. My last amazing gyno was at USF and he was excellent so this was a difficult change for me. This Dr. is open to hearing from you, and he wants to help you. I felt like he understood a woman's perspective and I appreciated him. I will definitely go back and I recommend him.

Dr. Patel nd his team are the best. The moment that I met them, they greeted me with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Patel always make me feel comfortable and explains everything so well. He shows me that he truly does care about my well being. He is kind, professional, and a knowledgeable. I can not thank him and his team enough for the great care that I have and continue to receive.

He is very nice will inform you how to help yourself get the best results from your care

If you’re “young” and “child-bearing age” this man will try to control you and what you need to do with your body. I was coerced into doing another surgery I didn’t want! Thankfully my GP intervened. He claims he cares about people but he is just like every other male doctor who thinks he has agency over reproductive systems of HEALTHY people. You will be denied if you’re health, assumed straight, and will be asked “what will your husband think.” That’s horrible. I wasted so much money and time. Never go to him!!!

Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor and an even better person. I had the best experience through pregnancy and delivery with him and his team.

Dr. Patel is very kind. I had my first visit with him and he made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely return to him if I have any further needs.

Dr. Patel took care of me throughout both my pregnancies and delivered both my son and daughter. Like others have said, his bedside manner is second to none, He is the sweetest man, so calming and always gives his patients his time and full attention during appointments. HIGHLY recommend any expectant mother to consider Dr. Patel.

Complaints filed. My daughter has multiple health conditions. She was a high risk pregnancy. This Dr failed to treat her as high risk and failed to follow correct protocol. We attempted to move to another doctor however, we waited too long. Due to the increased risk we couldn't. She has pseudo tumor cerebri and pseudo seizures. The pregnancy sent her blood pressure sky rocketing. Preclampsia became an additional risk. It was advised natural birth was too risky yet he decided to try to induce her. He knew she could not have natural birth with no medication. Due to her pseudo tumor a cat scan was mandatory. He failed to have test completed. My daughter was put through excruciating pain for 36 hours. I fought him for c section he refused. The hospital confirmed my daughter could not continue the natural birth. This man was rude and arrogant. He attempted to override what was in her best interests risking both my daughter and granddaughter.

Dr. Patel is amazing and feels like part of the family after guiding me perfectly and gracefully first through a miscarriage and then through a very challenging but extremely rewarding delivery about a year later with my beautiful baby girl! Every step of the way and every office visit he makes me feel like I am his only patient even with a busy office, he's never rushed or dismissive, always spending plenty of time answering any and all questions I had along the way, and now I go to him for my

Dr Patel is the best! He is not your typical arrogant doctor; he's down to earth and practical. He doesn't look for problems that aren't there or make you feel panicked about things. He is reassuring about concerns and takes them seriously but addresses things in a way that keeps you from worrying. Through my pregnancy and a somewhat difficult delivery, he kept me sane and provided top notch care and follow up.

Absolutely the worst. I was sent to him by my family doctor as I had an abnormal pap. I paid $140 towards my deductible for him to explain to me what an abnormal pap was, which my family doctor already had. He then told me I would have re-schedule for the procedure to be done at a different office. So I paid $140 for him to spend 10 minutes explaining what my other doctor already told me. Waste of time and huge waste of money. I will not return.

It normally Takes 2 days to get back Blood-Work Results which I waited patiently no call until I call. They just didn't understand when I said my BACK hurts I wanted to take Meds I needed to know if I was Negative. I love his personality but when it comes to me as Patient I didn't like the service for the first time as Patient. I understood he has other patients but just to review a sheet of paper only takes 5-15 mins depending how thorough he wants to be about it.

I was rushed to Florida Hospital Tampa from Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel in premature labor . Was pretty scared about not knowing the physicians at the Tampa location, and the prematurity of my baby . Dr. Patel was wonderful . He had a wonderful bedside manner and kept me informed durning the entire process . Thank you Dr. Patel .
