The service at this pediatrician's office has become increasingly painful over time, and it no longer feels like a place to receive quality care for your children. Instead, it seems to prioritize profit-making with unprofessional, untrained, and extremely rude staff. If you dare to take more than 5 minutes of their time to ask about your child's health or any related concerns, they become incredibly disrespectful and rush you off. Even the assistant doctors lack professionalism. On two separate occasions, my son's vaccination was missed, despite my continuous efforts to inquire about it. They took blood work twice, promising to inform us of the results, but they never followed up even after the reports were available. I had to call them repeatedly for three days just to get an update on the status of the reports. Scheduling a sick appointment is also a challenge. You have to consider yourself lucky if you manage to secure a same-day appointment; otherwise, the receptionist will inform

Service has deteriorated over time.. all untrained staff. Too long waiting time. Misplaced school forms twice..

did not diagnose a concussion when there were many symptoms/signs proving there was one yet stated she may feel off for a few weeks? Makes no sense clinically or ethically. would not recommend ever to anyone.

On the name of dr Shukla they have other untrained staff , don’t even listen the problem. They even don’t sit on chair and talk , they rush for next customer (not a human) . Staff is terrible. No problem with dr Shukla. My son is suffering due to their negligence , I will not let that doctor go and cheat others , I will compliment to legal.

Given the opportunity, I would definitely!

If i could give no stars i would. This practice is more concerned with money verses patient care. Listen to the reviews and find a better location

Requirement can be met on this earth but greed cannot fulfill. Nurse/doctor refuses to come over phone and ask to book an appointment for a simple question/concern. Wait time is more than an hour. Once I asked why you give an appointment such a way so we need to wait too long. Answer was that is our standard process. Too much greediness....

Dr Shukla is the best dr my kids could have. She has the experience and perfect diagnosis. she has a perfect way to keep history of patients and we can access it online for our kids. Making appointments is always easy. What I like is I get assistance at night and weekends too. So I don't really mind to pay nominal charges for our kids sake. I am really happy to have found dr Shukla. And other doctors in her practice are very competent as well.

Worst of the worst. She runs her clinic like an extortion business. Charges a lot of money from parents and insurance companies. long wait times. Really disappointed.

Dr. Is very good, experienced and friendly nature. She did checkup and examine to my daughter. Nurse is also very friendly to my daughter and gave shots to her while talking. Staff is good and helpful. I was recomanded by friend to this doctor, same i will like to do.

*HORRIBLE had really bad experience in the Amboy office, one of the staff was very unfriendly and my son was crying so much and she didn't care to even smile or say anything. second he need a nebuliser, i have never used one before (not that its so hard) but my son is a year and half and was fighting it and i expected to perform it on him by MYSELF with no help. * they charge you if you called to cancel your appointment on the same day. *you pay if you call after hours. THY'RE ALL ABOUT MONEY!!

They will charge you high , if you are unaware of health insurances ( I mean people who are new to US )

Dr Shukla and her office are only after money. They don't care about patients. They had a very unprofessional inexperienced staff Inject my baby and we didn't sleep for days . When we went about to complain they didn't care and told us to go to ER. Even if your child is sick or need something urgent they need their money first . Very greedy and super rude staff. Stay away from Dr Nimisha and Staff . The worst Dr ever !

Dr. Shukla and her staff are wonderful. My oldest child has been seeing Dr. Shukla since she first opened her practice, and I know have 3 children who are patients. I find her staff to be very friendly, and have always had great ease scheduling appointments. My daughter was seen on April 2, 2016 for a sick visit. We were in and out in less than an hour! The nursing staff is always very helpful, whether on the phone or in the office. Would highly recommend this practice!

The worst doctor, only after money, no time to check patient, There is a note at the door, if patient is 15 minutes late then he has to pay $10, but everytime we go we have to wait for at least 1 hour and they don't even apologize, All the staff is extremely rude, Charges for getting sports forms signed or school forms signed, which also says to come in 2 or 3 days to pick up Not at all recommended
