Frequent Prescription Interuption due to Provider
I transferred my care to him after my insurance changed and have had him as my primary care physician (PCP) for two years. However, I decided to switch to another PCP this month. I simply don't have the time to call multiple times each month or week to get my prescriptions refilled.What I liked about him:- He speaks very patiently.- He usually appears engaged during consultations.What I did not like:- I have needed to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour in the exam room every visit before being seen.- It typically took over a week to 5 weeks, along with several messages through MyChart and multiple calls to the office, before I could get the correct prescription sent to my pharmacy each month. Even the staff seemed like they had trouble reaching him at times. I would not recommend this doctor if you have any health concerns that require regular or time-sensitive management.

A 'True Partner' in my medical care!
Since transferring my medical care from Kaiser to UCLA, I am awed by the difference in the care I am receiving. I am NOT 'Just a number'! 'Dr. Raj' (Rajakumar) @ Century City (Internal Medicine), Dr. Sassoon @ Orthopaedics-Santa Monica, along with the teams & staff at both locations have a great deal to do with that! My appointments are not rushed. All of my questions and concerns are addressed. They truly are 'partners' with me in my overall health and well-being. I sincerely wish I made the change much sooner! Thank you all so much for ALL you do! Good job!
