Dr Patel actually cares about his patients. He listens and has a solution for the issue. If you tell him you have a problem he automatically as a solution and will explain it in plain English for you to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Patel. Unfortunately he is not in the Appleton office anymore. I am personally thinking about driving to the Milwaukee area to be under his care.

I was referred by a former patient. Everyone had written me off but Advanced Pain Management took me on as long as I was willing to try and get off my percocet and it was a rough road with seeing the psychologist, therapist and giving up my smoking. Took a good nine months but I have to say it was worth it. Pain is still there but I feel better and I am working again after a 6 year disability. Not an easy road but if you are willing they will help. Have referred several coworkers

Does not take time to listen. It is important to treat patients as an individual with different needs and plans of treatment.

I had a wonderful experience from the receptionists, to the nurses, to the physicians. Dr. Patel understood my chronic pain after a painful surgery, and helped me to be myself again. My quality of life had been affected because of pain, and after Dr. Patel and Dr. Cook performed steroid/nerve block injections, my quality of life is back to how it was pre-surgery. Also the receptionists are my favorite people. Kind and helpful..they DO act like family.

My work injury had forced me to take OxyContin and my Doctor never referred me for my Pain. Going to Advanced Pain not only helped me get my life back but also helped me get off of these drugs
