Bad billing and team.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I wasn’t informed that I would be charged $173 for a 2-minute phone call, which was only to discuss scheduling. The doctor couldn’t perform the surgery I needed, and his referral was out of network, so the call was completely unhelpful. When I tried to contact the office to complain, they couldn’t offer me any resolution. The staff was also rude throughout the process. It’s frustrating to think that for some people, it can take a whole day’s worth of work just to pay for what amounted to a useless phone call. While I can’t speak to the doctor’s medical skills, the billing practices and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. Be cautious if you’re considering this practice.

I am 77, with a long history of sinus issues since I was 30. Through the years I have had many ENT doctors and Dr Shah is the absolute finest ENT doctor I have ever had. He is caring. He listens. He tries so hard to help me with my sinus issues. I deeply appreciate his excellent medical care. Ruth Johnson

Dr. Shah is a very warm, gentle and knowledgeable ENT. I have been to many ENT's over the years and he is an expert in his field. Dr. Shah does not stick things in your ear or cause pain like many ENT's who just start poking instruments in your ear. Dr. Shah explains what his plan is for you and what he is going to do BEFORE he does it.

Finally found a dr who actually cares about my concerns. I've been battling major headaches for years and every dr kept telling me I was depressed and wanted me on heavy meds, for the record I am not depressed. Dr shah actually examined me and explained that I had blocked sinuses and some small surgery and sprays could help. And well he was correct! I feel normal again because he took the time to listen to me. Amazing dr that is very knowledgable. Can't speak highly enough!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had a thyroidectomy done by Dr. Nilesh Shah and I kept telling him it wasn't healing well and he dismissed my concerns over and over. I am now left with a deformed neck and it even affects my swallowing ability. He also takes no responsibility and tried to say it was all in my head ...
