not too many of those in the medical field, especially younger group of doctors...every time I'm visiting doctors Patel's office, I'm getting the service and care I'm expecting.very knowledgeable and has all the time for me I need. I have a chance to tell him all I need to, and he is listening, without giving me a hint that he is busy and got to go. his explanations are very simple and plain understandable.very happy he is in our insurance system.

My visit started with the receptionist helping me finish my online forms. After a short wait I was taken back and asked a few questions and then brought back for an immediate x-ray. Once back in the room I had a few minute of wait for the Doctor. He pulled up my X-rays and fully explained the problem with my knee and the treatments I could go with and what my insurance company’s policies were. I then received an injection and instructed as to what my next steps were. I am filling this out the following day and my knee already feels a lot better. I give the Doctor a 10.

Very personable but could be less busy if possible and take a little more time to explain the diagnosis or the prognosis. In layman turns for those that don't understand.
