Very professional Unfortunately retired

Dr. Samedov always greets me with a warm smile. He is courteous, friendly, genuinely concerned for and about me. He is the consummate professional. I trust and value him dearly.

My family has gone there for years. The nasty receptionist made us avoid the office going to urgent care for everything we possibly can to avoid the office. We love Dr. Samedov but the receptionist has crossed a line again! Screaming at children quietly playing a board game they had set up for guess who??? CHILDREN. I HAVE VIDEOS of the receptionist screaming at my children for speaking. This is my final straw with this office. It's not just the one office either. Columbia memorial sends her to different offices too°!! What kind of person works in the medical field for family medicine and is so horribly nasty to adults and children!! FIX YOUR STAFF and you'll have a lot less patients leaving you! Family of 7 Gone!

No follow up from the doctor after test results showed problems! Would not help with a condition while out of town. Couldn’t get a call back. Staff is uncaring and unhelpful too. Looking for a new doctor. Really wanted them to work out too.

Great doctor. Office runs smooth. Dr Samedov calls you to follow up and takes time to explain things. Highly recommended.

Dr Samedov, himself is good, compared to some of the other country doctors that service this underserved rural area, but his staff is the worst. There is one young woman in particular at the front desk that clearly is too young and/or immature to handle medical issues properly, and her attitude is simply unacceptable for a medical practice. His nurse is also rather moody. Other than that, Dr Samedov is a good doctor who returns calls and speaks to his patients in a respectful manner

Dr. Samedov is a very good, knowledgeable doctor who is easy to talk to. Going to his office for treatment would be wonderful it wasn't for those 3 nasty women he has working there. They are the meanest, rudest staffpeople I have ever met in my life. They refuse the slightest patient requests, forget to call in prescriptions, refer patients to the wrong doctors, botch up insurance paperwork, etc. If this doctor weren't as good as he is, I'd go elsewhere just to avoid those dreadful women.

Dr. Nikolay Damedov, MD is an excellent, caring doctor. He is very smart and intuitive. I have gone to him for various problems and he has helped me with all of them. He even has called me to check on me when I had an infection. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. I recommend him highly! Sincerely, CThompson

Dr. Samedov is a very friendly caring Doctor. The staff is very nice accept for one of the girls in the reception window.

Very concerned. Returns all phone calls personally. Does not talk down to you and makes sure all your questions are answered. Also willing to confer with other doctors following you. A true gentleman!

Doctor Samedov and his team are fantastic. He is very caring and thorough in his work. He could not have been more attentive to helping my entire family, whether it was a splinter or managing a chronic disease. I highly recommend that you visit him to see for yourself! Eric T.
