Dr Lyengar listened to my concerns and answered my questions. He is honest and informative which I appreciated.

Dr. Lyangar Texas time with you. Never do you feel rushed. All questions are answered and even gives you time to think.

Dr Iyengar took the time I needed to discuss the issues and explained the options for the best outcome.

Dr. Iyengar is a very caring doctor and gentleman. He not only is very concerned with your health but you as a person . I feel very lucky to have him be my cardiologist and have recommended Dr. Iyengar to several people.

I have been a patient of Dr Iyengar’s for several years; he also saw my husband (now deceased) several times in the hospital over many years. He is very thorough and a great cardiologist with a good memory of your past and recent visits and test results. I highly recommend him.

He was good for awhile but then became rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I was told that I would receive my results 'next week' and never heard back about them (after the clinic had them for 2 weeks). I patiently waited and followed up on Wednesday of the next week, in the same messenger where I originally asked about it and Iyengar wrote back saying that 'I need to learn to use the system...' and and that my issue was not urgent or important, as well as more extremely rude comments. To say that his 'bed side manor' is lacking would be an under statement. It's not the first time that I have been made to feel insignificant by him. Frankly, I can't trust my heart health to someone who makes me feel like an inconvenience. Apparently his patients are too bothersome to him to write back a respectful response and a very quick reply to my results. Incidentally, all of his replies are about two words long every other time. It's pretty clear that I nor any of his patients are important.

Dr. Iyengar did a great job transitioning my care post acute care episode. Provided great medication management and always addressed my fears at each visit.

I have never before given a bad review of any physician. Dr. Iyengar was rude, over bearing, and unwilling to answer basic questions. He told me he didn’t have time to give me a course in cardiology when I asked him a question about atrial fibrillation risk.

The doctor thoroughly reads my reports, explain some to me, and listens to my concerns. He adjusts my medications when I feel that they are a problem to me. He seems to take the time that I need.

I met Nik, as he tells you to call him, in a hospital stay. He was warm, funny, considerate and knowledgeable. My husband and son have seen him seen then and we all agree Dr. Iyengar is our cardiologist for as long as he’s in practice here! He answers our portal questions and is very helpful!
