The doctor was good and skilled in what he does, anesthesia, but my issue is with his billing department. I had an endoscopy with my GI and this fellow was chosen for putting me under. Again he was professional and did a good job but afterwards they submitted a bill to my insurance. Well and good and I get the EOB and patiently wait for the actual bill. It. Never. Comes. 6 months later this guy send me to a bill collector. The collector reads off my address which was WILDLY incorrect. I got my GI bill just fine but how did this guy mess up my address when they provided it to him??? They never once called me to discuss the bill or the wrong address, didn’t once try to leave a message on my voicemail, just sent me to a collector. Very unprofessional billing practices.
