Dr. Nidhi Saini, DO

I have found Dr. Saini to be attentive and informative during appointments. My issue is the complete lack of follow through. She has neglected to fill my prescriptions 3 times in the 2.5 years I have seen her. The last time, she told me I'd have a year of refills but none were processed.I called her office numerous times to get a refill but got only an answering line over and over for 2 hours. This was very frustrating because I was without a necessarily prescription before a vacation. When I called the front desk (not the refill line) I was told they could only pass the message along but asked why I had two pharmacies listed in my account. This was another thing Dr. Saini said she had resolved during my last appointment because I have to go both places to figure out where my medicine actually is -- and it was another thing the doctor said she would do but clearly didn't do.
