Beware
Let me first say I did not want to post this review but felt compelled to do so. As a healthcare provider myself I understand how this can negatively impact a business. My wife had temporal dermal fillers placed on 2 separate occasions in Aug and Nov of '23. The first time she experienced extreme pain in the eye region which Dr. Nidah Khan attributed to a headache. We came to find out it was due to poor placement of the filler. The results of the Aug appointment were less than satisfactory and she returned in Nov for a consult on how to proceed and fix the lumps that developed in the area. More filler was placed and this only made things worse. In total she spent $1400 for the 2 treatments. She then proceeded to get second opinion at an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon in CT. The fillers had to be dissolved at a cost of $900.I subsequently requested a refund and was told they would do so. I say 'they' because in essence we were now dealing with her husband, Dr. Talal Khan. Not once did

I have been Dr. Khans patient for only a few months and I LUV her! Her staff is great also! She’s very compassionate and makes me feel very comfortable. I recently started my weight loss journey and due to her motivation, I lost over 10lbs in 10 days! If your seeking a new pcp, I definitely recommend going here

I went there this Monday with pain in my stomach. They took me in quick. I transfer from Her husband clinic. Thinking it would be better to see a female doctor . Been having pain for the last three weeks in my womb . Was told I would be refer for an ultra sound & that I would be seen this week and is Friday & no call !!! And I’m still waiting . I barely sleep with this pain . I called them .. they said they put in the referral weds afternoon . I contact the radiology department at Baystate they said no referral there . They are available to do an ultra sound . Not sure where they submitted that referral ! I had ultra sounds before and I never waited a entire week . My husband suggest go to the ER because an ultra sound referral does not take that long . Is already Friday and no calls .. Not too happy with their service .. very disappointing..

I am seeing Dr. Khan as a weight loss specialist. I am an obese woman who has struggled with my weight most of my life. Dr. Khan is a very kind and compassionate person who has treated me with respect and been very encouraging throughout the process. It is refreshing to go to a doctor and feel seen, to feel like the doctor sees you as an actual person. I’m down almost 50 pounds at this point, and I couldn’t be happier. All in all I cannot recommend Dr. Khan enough.

Dr. Khan and her staff have been compassionate and caring. The waiting room is warm and inviting and she has state of the art equipment. Dr Khan really cares about her patients. She helped me with my weight loss goal when I had felt there was no other help for me but surgery I am happy to say I did not have to go down that path thanks to her. Debbie and the rest of the young women in the office are knowledgeable and also encouraging. I'm so glad I made that call a year ago I started at 307lbs and im down 215lbs im almost at my goal. Please make that phone call you'll be happy you did. She will come up with the best plan for you and help you achieve those goal.

Dr. Khan has been my PCP for 2 years and when she moved practices I went with her. She has always been very attentive to all my needs and concerns. Dr Khan listens to her patients and how they feel and what is bothering them and if she needs to send you to a specialist she does this and is able to break through my insurance red tape to get me the treatments I need. Dr Khan is very supportive and encouraging and does not dismiss your signs and symptoms, rather she investigates and works hard to get to the cause of your discomfort. Her nurse Debbie is great and the always there with a smile to greet you and answer any questions. This is the first physician in my life I feel is working for me instead of for my insurance. I would recommend Dr. Khan to my friends and family.

Dr. Khan is very personable and takes the time to develop a doctor patient relationship with me. She will listen to all that I have to say in every appointment and is very proactive with all of my treatment regimens. She's very down to earth and actually listens to what I have to say. I don't feel like a number when I walk into her office. When I call in to the office for an appointment, my reasons are validated and the staff treat me with respect. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for a new provider who is looking for a physician that will take the time to listen to them to develop the best course of treatment for what they need.

After my former PCP left my previous practice, when Personal Primary Care opened I followed Dr Kahn to avoid another new pcp. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Not only is Dr Khan amazing, incredibly compassionate and patient, the staff at Personals Primary Care offer an experience that is almost foreign and rare now in healthcare. It’s more like stopping in and chatting with friends you’ve known for years, the comfort level is amazing. I am always seen within five minutes of my apt time, am never rushed out, receive clear medical advice and explanations until I have no more questions. You actually receive personal care here: greeted by name & they don’t have to look up every single thing in your chart as if you were never seen! They remember conversations and check in with you as a person not just a patient. I’ve seen more results in the 6th months I’ve been seeing Dr Khan at Personal Primary Care than in the last four years with anyone else! The practice makes it well worth the drive from CT!

I love Dr. Khan. She is very compassionate, caring and really listens to me. She explains things in laymen's terms so that I can understand her. I never feel rushed during an appointment and she is a very thorough. I would highly recommend her. I changed doctors because my physician had left the existing practice. What a difference! When Dr. Khan started her new practice, I followed her and I am so glad I did. Her assistant, Debra, is wonderful. I also love the office environment with all the positive artwork.

I switched to Dr. Khan when my previous Dr. retired. I typically don’t enjoy going to the doctor as I use to see it as a task and to be fair many doctors I’ve had help me reinforced that feeling, I definitely don’t feel that way about Dr. Khan. Dr Khan is extremely knowledgeable about weight management and getting to root cause issues that are impacting your health. What I enjoy most about going to Dr. Khan’s office is she’s invested in your health and progress and that’s huge difference for me.

If I could give negative ten stars it still wouldn’t be an appropriate rating for this provider. Once meeting Dr. Khan I immediately wished I’d selected another doctor; she never actually examined me, she barely made eye contact and spent most of the visits on her laptop. I found Dr. Khan to be cold, demeaning, rude, unwilling to speak directly with me(allowing her MA to return calls), unresponsive to questions, disrespectful, and lacking basic knowledge you can google for an answer.

I have been Dr. Khan's patient for more than a year and could not have asked for a more competent and compassionate doctor. An exceptionally good listener, she takes the time to hear and respond to my concerns in detail. She is able to explain difficult medical terms in an accessible and clear manner. I never feel rushed during my appointments and leave her office feeling reassured and confident about my health options. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Khan to my family and friends.

If you care about your family members, DO NOT SEE THIS QUACK! Very cold, pretentious individual who SHOULD NOT have a medical license! She's horrrible! We put in a call after hours at 6p.m. It is now almost 2:30 in the morning and she refuses to call us back. A medical malpractice suit waiting to happen with this "doctor."
