Great for the basics
Dr. Rus is a kind doctor and great at ensuring your basics are taken care of, but when it comes to unique situations, chronic pain, or chronic illness, she struggles to admit when she has a lack of experience with or understanding of your condition and is often unable or unwilling to find suitable referrals. She tends to forget and misinterpret things that you have told her which makes each appointment feel like a battle to make sure you are understood. If you just need a doctor who can vaccinate you regularly and help when you have a common cold or sprained ankle then she is an excellent choice, but if you need anything beyond this, then I suggest you look elsewhere. I believe she cares about her patients and her job, but she is also easily frustrated and annoyed by them which will be a challenge for anyone who needs to communicate with her regularly.
