Met her once
Saw her for my first appointment, not since. A year ago. Can't get an appointment with her, just residents. I know they need to learn, but I'd like to know someone is monitoring my care. I spend forever on hold trying to schedule an appointment. this time it was 21 minutes on hold. Usually a busy signal.

Used to be great
Before taking on more than she could handle and started forcing patients to see other Doctors/Residents. Very disappointing!

The absolute best by far!
Dr Zucconi is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She truly cares about her patients. She will spend the time necessary on each visit to address the issues at hand and she won’t stop until she figures out the problem. I have multiple health issues and I trust Dr Zucconi 100%. She goes above and beyond on each of my visits. I highly recommend her to everyone I know! Thanks Dr Z.

What Happened to this Once Good Office?
This office WAS great. I used to get appointments in a speedy manner, see Dr Zucconi within two weeks. This was a few years ago. Now, you make appointment with her takes four to six months to see her. THEN when you have your appointment come up... you get to the office...oh sorry she got called away to the hospital for work but you can see a resident...and thats not even guarantee the same day and then you gotta wait another four to six months. To see a resident thats under the doctor can take two weeks to two months. The residents are supposed to know your case when you get there. Some of the residents are okay to not helpful. I don't think its Zucconi's fault, she took on more work especially when COVID hit. But for an office to see a "family doctor" not a specialist should not take months or be rescheduled at the last minute.

Dr Zucconi, Did not take me serious when I was not feeling well back in 2019.It took another Dr to figure out what was wrong I had lymes. In the mean time kept going to the hospital not knowing what was wrong. She claimed that I needed a psychiatric help. What a nice Dr!!!Thanks Dr Zucconi

The office is what I would NOT recommend. Booked an appointment online in December of 2020 for a new patient. I received a call back from her office saying I can't have that appointment because I am a new patient, even though I specifically entered that information when booking the appointment online. They then told me her earliest "new Patient" appointment was not until late March of 2021. Even though my current medications would expire by then and I needed a new primary care, I accepted that appointment because I wanted Dr. Zucconi specifically. In late January I received a call from her office again saying that appointment in late March was no longer available because she would not be in the office that day. I could see someone else, which again, I wanted Dr. Zucconi, or I could get the next appointment which would be the END OF MAY. I asked since it was their error if they could squeeze me in somewhere earlier and they refused to budge. Horrible office policies!

Do not bother better off going to med. Express... you do not even see a dr. Only a med student. Takes over a week to get scripts called into pharmacy.. refferals not done properly insurance denied tests because of this. Had to go to er and be admitted to get anthing done Will never see these docs again would rather have my leg fall off first ....

Dr. Zucconi is an ethical and compassionate physician. However, her office staff is incompetent. If you have an abnormal test result, you’d never know. They won’t call you, and won’t call you back for anything. You have to rely on the patient portal for everything. If you have an urgent problem, you’re better off going to a hospital or urgent care. Super unreliable and it’s such a shame because Dr. Zucconi is excellent. I am thinking of changing physicians because of her staff.

Saw Dr. Zucconi (Nicole) on the 13th for weight loss prescription only. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prescription, however, needed a pre-authorization before I could receive it. No big deal, they do this every day. It has now been 10 days, and after several calls to her office, her staff has STILL not done the pre-authorization. I am scheduled to see the Dr for a follow up in 1 month, but will have to cancel since I will not have been on any medication to make a determination.

Dr. Aderholdt is excellent and I highly recommend him but the office staff is very rude and if I am traveling 30 miles to see a physician I like and trust I expect to be treated with respect. I was not and it may affect whether I ever return there.

My husband and I switched to Dr. N Zucconi in begining of 2015 and am very happy we did. She got my husband cholesterol and my thyroid issue under control in 3 vs for him n 2 vs for me. She is a very caring, pleasant, knowledgeable physician. I have referred many family members and friends to her and they are highly pleased. I sure hope she stays in the area for a VERY LONG time.
