Medical Neglect & Poor Professional Conduct at VA
Dr. Wells treated me for a nerve related injury that required an MRI to properly diagnose. Following the MRI I tried to contact her several times phone to follow up on the results for the MRI and begin a treatment plan. Although the MRI results were sent to her the day after my MRI, neither Dr. Wells or her staff bothered to contact me about the results. I even went to speak to her in person (2 and a half months later), but was turned away even though I said I was willing to wait for as long as needed. My injury has gotten more severe in the months following the MRI as I sit and wait for her referral to see a specialist. I had no choice but to seek out another health care provider. Do not use this doctor.
