Dr. Tran:
Since 1991, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have used a blood lead level of 10 mcg/dL as a "level of concern"for managing childhood lead poisoning. The CDC has now (in May 2012), issued guidelines setting a "reference range" of 5 cmg/dL for management of lead exposure in children between 6 months and 6 years, a value derived from the 97.5th percentile of the BLL (blood lead level) distribution in US children aged 1 though 5 years.

The whole experience was great from making the appointment over the phone to the moment I left the office. Everyone was very professional and prompt. Dr Tran took the time to explain in detail and gave me options of treatment. I definitely recommend her and the practice.

Office staff was extremely efficient and professional. Any doctor visit over a potentially serious matter is disconcerting to the patient; Dr. Tran took time in explaining the procedure to me and in making me fill at ease. In follow up phone conversations with her staff, they handled all aspects of the procedure that continued to enforce that I made the right decision in choosing Dr Tran. I highly recommend her and her office staff.

Dr. Tran is the best! I'm so sad to lose her as an OB but will continue to go to her for gynecology. She was my OB for the birth of my first child and took excellent care of me while I was pregnant and afterwards as well. I had a complication (emergency) while pregnant and my doctor would not see me as an emergency, but Dr. Tran made room in her schedule to see me and I've been with her ever since. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Tran.
