Ignorant
She is condescending and ignorant at our appointment the solution was to drink tea and rest. Called back multiple time because of no improvement and told to take additional OTC medicine. Went to another doctor where we were taken seriously and tested for the appropriate disease and it came back positive for pertussis. I would not recommend to anyone.

I’m shocked by these reviews. My children have been seeing Dr. Rosenthal for 12 years. I find her to be informative, and caring. She has always walked in with a huge smile and greets both of my children and myself and is genuinely happy to see them. Her comment is usually one of how much they’ve grown. She answers my questions. Once, when hesitant about a certain vaccine, she took the time to explain and even said she would never recommend something to me that she wouldn’t give her own children. She has referred us to other doctors for 2nd opinions such as ENT, ophthalmologist, and has made follow up appts. when needed. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

All 4 of my children are seen by Dr.Rosenthal. We have been going to her for 7 years and I couldn’t be more happy! The relationship she has with each of my children is great!! They trust her, are comfortable with her and look forward to seeing her. She stays very active and informed in each of my children’s health and never do I feel like I have to remind her of anything. She takes mine and my husbands questions and conerns in mind when making re recommendations. She’s the best!

As others have said I find her to be very condescending. I left crying after my first visit when she told me “my infant needed to be taken off breastmilk immediately as his feces was riddled in blood.” I went back despite my initial concern, as I feel all should be given second chances. Again she made rude comments and did not show any empathy instead her demeanor was arrogant and judgemental. I would never recommend a mother trying to do the best by her child to this doctor.

Rude and condescending. Don't you dare ask a question and/or try to be an active participant in the health care decisions of your child. Also, don't expect her to remember what she said or the plan that was made at your last visit- don't even bring it up. Do as your told with no questions, even if you've received contradictory information, just say ok and go with whatever plan she's made up for the day.

Took my daughter to her because she was dry heaving, nauseous and headachy. Told the doctor that she has a history of acid reflux. She then proceeded to argue with me about how my daughter might be depressed for 20 minutes. She ended the argument with saying she did not know what else she could do for her. I find Dr. Rosenthal arrogant and not a very good listener.
