The other reviews are spot on. She did not seem to listen and asked me the same few questions several times during the same appointment so I had to repeat myself. Advised me to make other appointments to address any concerns I brought up. I left very upset.

Had a wellness visit with this provider and she spent the entire time looking at the computer. It was clear she did not review my medical history before the appointment and did not address my concerns. No exam was performed. While she was nice and professional, I did not feel she was competent and I'm very unsatisfied with the care (or lack of) received. She told me to schedule another visit to talk about my concerns, which does not make sense and should have happened this day. I do not recommend this provider.

I was referred into the clinic following a visit in urgent care, so getting help for that was my biggest concern. Although I filled out the worksheet again at my appointment, it was obvious that Dr. Okada never looked at it, and I felt silly for wasting my time being honest about the help I needed. I walked in hopeful about getting help, and left incredibly distraught.

I felt very satisfied at having found a PCP I felt comfortable with.
