The doctor reviewed my test results with me. She answered my questions I had and explained her answers. She was friendly , knowledgeable and thorough. One can tell she really cares about her patients.

She takes her time with you to answer questions and concerns. I love her

I can not say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Melchior! She doesn't treat you like just another patient. She's compassionate and takes the time to go over ever single detail or any questions you might have. She's been a blessing during this whole process. I also want to say that Beth Wahl the nurse navigator and Dr. Benjamin are also amazing during my biopsy. Thank you all for helping me get through this!

As a current patient of Dr. Nicole Melchior's, I’m writing this review to extol her virtues. After being diagnosed with Breast cancer in April, Beth Wahl, Mercy Health’s Nurse Navigator, highly recommended Dr.Melchior and I’m forever grateful. Dr. Melchior is brilliant and despite her youth, she instilled trust and confidence not only in me (retired RN) but, also in my husband and RN daughter on our first visit. She explained in detail, all of my test results and what my treatment options would be. Most importantly, she listened, truly listened, to me and my concerns. When you are blindsided by a serious diagnosis, having a physician/surgeon who gives credence to your thoughts and wishes is integral. She is clinically very sound, is confident (not arrogant), kind and compassionate. Her treatment course is tailor- made for each, individual patient. I am 1 month postop. bilateral mastectomies and can honestly say, Dr Melchior has been a godsend. She is outstanding. God bless her.

Dr. Melchior preformed a bi lateral mastectomy on me. I have had my share of surgeries I can assure you, I have never met a more capable caring Doctor in my entire life, and I am 73.

Dr Melchoir is absolutely the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever encountered. The moment I met her I had the upmost trust and confidence in her. She put my mind at ease at one of the most emotional and stressful times in my life. I will and actually have recommended her to my friends and acquaintances.
