Dr. Nicole Mailloux, MD

Dr, Mailloux is very kind and compassionate. Excellent thorough explainations. BS &W is fortunate to have this doctor on their emergency staff.

I echo the negative comments above. My mom was in the ER on 11/10/19 in Winter Park and was having irregular heart beat. This Dr. said it was Afib and while I tried to explain that the cardiologist previously mentioned it was not, I was cut off. Then, the hospitalist came in and agreed it was not Afib but Dr. Mailloux's tone when she said "yes it is" was so arrogant and left me with more distaste. Guess what - in the end it wasn't Afib! If she would had just been more agreeable to the possibility that perhaps her contention was incorrect then it would not have been such an issue but the lack of humility makes a diagnosis (or in this case a misdiagnosis) dangerous.

I’ve never written a review on this site before but after my experience with ‘Dr.’ Nicole Mailloux I felt compelled to do so. This doctor has the WORST bedside manor I have ever seen. Beginning with the condescending tone she spoke with telling me that I wasn’t in pain and that I should suck it up and move on. She then ‘got a phone call’ in the middle of her talking to me and never came back to see me. The doctor just went home without discharging me or finishing up talking to me.

I Nicole Stracka was just in Florida hospital where she works now in the er stay away from this doctor her experience leaves nothing to desire and her lack of knowledge and experience is very dangerous and so glad away from her lack of knowledge
