Dr. Nicole Lopez, MD

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of proper care and communication from RWJ Barnabas Nicole's staff regarding my hand therapy. After leaving my initial appointment, I was told to make an appointment with Jag, but when I reached out, they informed me that authorization was needed. A week later, I’m still waiting to be seen, and the process has been incredibly delayed with no updates. The lack of follow-through and clear communication is disappointing, especially when it comes to my health and well-being. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience. I was told to get a CD copy of the X-ray, then after doing so was told I need to go to NJIN. It's been a month and still no treatment. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this 'physician.'

I had a wrist cyst removal surgery with Dr Lopez. She recommended to me to do full removal with general anesthesia. Right after the surgery she said everything went great. But noone mentioned to me all the side effects and what to expect after. So the huge issue right after the surgery was sore throat, that quickly developed into bronchitis. Apparently it happens when they use breathing tube. And two weeks later after she removed the brace, I discovered that part of my wrist is numb. She said its fine, it might take up to a year for nerves to grow back! But here I am, two months later, and i dont see any difference. In general I should say that I might have been unlucky with her, but I didn't see her care about me or my worries, and I was disappointed that she didnt fully explained to me all the risks and possible complications.She acted like its not a big deal at all!

She operated on left clavicle and now I'm back to normal so I'm grateful it all worked out

Dr. Lopez didn't do anything but look at my wrist and have an assistant put a splint on me. Then is charging over $1;000.00 for this visit which I think is insane!!!! Especially since the splint and she did nothing at all for me!!!!!

At the point I urgently needed a dental procedure that needed to be done for $2500 it was impossible to get approved for a big enough limit credit card to cover the cost of the dental procedure because of my outstanding debts, derogation marks inquiries and collections. Raylink came through for me by removing all derogatory marks, inquiries and collections, and this month I successfully completed the dental procedure having gotten approved of a high limit credit card.
