Long wait unapologetic
Waited over 1.5 hrs to see her while paying for parking by the minute. The reason? She had decided to talk with her colleagues during my scheduled appointment time about another patient. It would have been nice if she let the front desk know how long it would take or even given them a warning. Instead of wasting my time she should have cancelled my appointment ahead of time or discussed it during her own time. She then proceeded to see another patient who got there later than me. During appointment was dismissive of my concerns and said that she never had any issues with dry eyes as if she were bragging. Poor bedside manner
