Didnt introduce herself, rushed and impatient
Approached the room w the question 'so I'm confused on why you are here'. Didn't take time to let me explain much. Dismissed my concerns and suggested I come back another time to get questions answered. Typed up a prescription and said she would be right back, left the room and never returned. I should have read the healthgrade comments prior to the visit because I hate to leave this negative information...but IT IS THE TRUE. Patients are looking to get just a bit of information and want to trust and feel confident in their physician and it starts with bedside manners. I hope she realizes this and can improve because she appears to be a smart Lady, but attitude matters!

No care for Patient
Dr. Harris' bedside manner leaves A LOT to be desired. She came in the room with an aggressive demeanor and spoke with a passive-aggressive tone. I was indirectly accused of drug seeking, was asked why I wasn't seeing my PCP (which I don’t have), was told that she only had 15 minutes, and told that she couldn’t give me answers. I have been searching for a Dr. that will help me to figure out why I am always in pain, and I was hoping that she would be THE Dr. I left feeling more defeated than I ever have. It’s physicians like this that deter people from seeking medical help.

Avoid this horrible doctor, she is rude and she is not caring about patients at all. I visited Dr, Harris for rigth back pain radiate to my stomach. DR. Harris ordered labs and ultrasound, to provide me a diagnosis and tratment. Few day later, l sent a email to Dr. Harris to asked if she can provide antibiotics becouse my urinalysis was showing abnormalities. The labs indicate infection and inflammation, so l told her l might have UTI becouse it was positive for bacteria, but l did not get a response from her. Days later, my ultrasound was ready and it happen the same thing she never responded or follow for my medical issue. After, l see that Dr. Harris did not care about my health issue, l sent a message to kelsey clinic to address this issue, which l received a call from a nurse. The nurse told me that she will talk her, and follow the rigth treatment and diagnosis. Next day after l talked to the nurse, someone reply the email l sent Dr. Harris 3 weeks ago said that it was per Dr. Harris saying that my urinalysis become normal and l do not need antibiotics, but the ultrasound was showing kidneys stones that l need to adress with my pcp or going to especiallist. Thus; Dr. Harris never communicate with me at all about these matter. Thus, l make an appointment with another pcp to review my labs and provide the proper treatment, becouse l been having pain. The other doctor read my labs and ultrasound which he confirm that l have small kidney stone, but also that my urinalysis was abnormal for bacteria infection in which he provide antibiotics.

Terrible experiences here - every time I come in for a visit, she leaves the room indicating she will be back, yet does come back. Her nurse Linda rarely returns phone calls and is never on top of things when I come in in person. The office staff are always rude and act like everything is the patient's fault if you call with an RX issue or a need. Will not return after the interactions I have had here.

Words can't describe how GREAT of a doctor Nicole is. I don't know her personally, but literally every visit it felt like catching up with a close friend. I first came to dr. Harris with an extensive medical history at a young age but none of that mattered she was amazing at helping me and navigating me through a complex medical system. Unfortunately, because of my insurance I am unable to see but in the near future I hope all of this will change. When looking for a primary care physician, PLEASE look no further dr. dr. Nicole Harris is who you want and need!

She helped me take my A1C from 10.8-4.9 and maintain it there. She listens to me, but more importantly cares for my well being. No reason to go anywhere else.

Failure of patient care today by Dr. Nicole Harris of Baptist Health Primary Care at 1660 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL. I had an appointment on July 15, 2019 to get stitches taken out of 2 areas of my hand (electric hedge trimmer accident). When I made appointment last week, I told them that I had been a patient of Baptist Primary Care in Ponte Vedra Beach for 20 years, and all of my medical history was in the system. They acknowledged this. Today, I went to my appointment with a new provider - Dr. Harris - but at a different location (Jacksonville, vs Ponte Vedra Beach). I was given a stack of paperwork (~15 pages) for a NEW PATIENT. I explained that yes, I was a new patient of Dr. Harris, but not of Baptist Health, and that my medical history - and that of my family - was most accurately obtained from the system, of which I had given permission to access (signed all the forms). I did not want to fill out the New Patient History, but was happy to complete HIPAA, and all the "to
