Organized office. Pleasant demeanor.
Receptionist called to set-up appointment day after I left ER. Taking time to make sure I knew exacting where their office was located. Staff very pleasant and informative. Dr. Fraticelli answered all my questions.

My spouse's bone was fractured but she literally sent us away without giving a proper follow up. She didn't even see us actually. Nor did she send a resident or so. But she charged us!
