Very happy with Dr. Colucci for my ear problem
From the moment I walked into ER with a bad ear infection all staff was friendly, the nurse Chris and doctor Dr. Colucci who took care of me was so kind and made sure I was comfortable. They got me the medicine I needed to ease the pain and heal my ear infection. After I got home I got phones checking to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything.I know we take these health care persons for granted. They work long hours and nights and they are there when need them. So I say thank God them keep they strong and well supported, because our need will come again and I pray they keep doing their great work. There was one lady, she had a wonderful smile and happy outlook it felt great to see her, it lifted my spirts and reminded me to smile which helps me and everyone I smile at. (One smile fits all) (Saying thank you has no cost but has great befits)

I have no idea how this woman is a licensed physician. She was completely unprofessional in treating my older brother. Did not order any head scans when he came in after passing out, hitting his head, and having a seizure like episode. Almost as if she couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Completely disregarded the possibility of him having a seizure and wouldn’t believe us until we described his history of passing out and having these episodes in the past. She probably spent a total of 5 minutes with us after we waited for four hours and then had the audacity to follow us out of the hospital to tell us “we’re always here; always taking patients!” More like you’re always there wasting people’s time and money. Do not ever go to Presence Health on Talcott in Chicago.
