Dr. Nicole Charbonnet, MD

She needs serious retraining on doctor to patient Ethics. Idk how she has good reviews on here.

I will be finding a new OBGYN. She was initially helpful about my situation, but then I could tell she was frustrated with me. She had some good points, but some of the comments she made were uncaring. She made me feel like I was over-reacting about a very real and stressful situation for me. It seemed like she was more focused on the science/medical aspects of it instead of me as a person. I am glad I sought out other counsel because now I feel much better. I also had a simple question about medication I had in my possession. She wanted to make an appointment although I had just seen her.

Dr.Charbonnet is a awesome doctor she delivery both of my daughter one in 2008 and the other in 2009.

Love Dr. Charboneet!! She is quick, but still listened carefully and answered all my questions. She also gives very helpful advice! She shows a genuine concern for her patients.

I implore you to find a different doctor and wish I could give 0 stars. She was the most uncaring person I have ever encountered. During my prenatal visits, she would not directly answer any of my questions. She would say “everyone is different” and make me feel stupid for asking. After my delivery that she did not attend, she refused to listen to me and acted like it went great when my baby’s life was put in serious danger. She yelled at my mom and made my first experience a true nightmare.

Dr. Charbonnet, is fantastic. I've been seeing her for about 5 years now and she is always pleasant and easy to talk to. I would definately recommend her.

Dr. Charbonnet is awesome! She makes you feel comfortable in an awkward situation, and she takes time to answer all your questions. She has helped me through pregnancy, delivery and annual exams. I would recommend her to everyone!

I usually dread this annual appointment, but my first exam with Dr. Charbonnet was great. She was super nice and I was comfortable the whole visit. I would recommend her to anyone!

I just switched doctors, and I am very pleased with Dr. Charbonnet. She listened to me and made me feel like what I had to say was important. We formulated a treatment plan that works for me. I will continue to see her from now on.

She is the best. I hate going to the doctor at all--- but she is able to make the experience a positive one. She delivered my daughter, and I have been going to Dr Charbonnet ever since. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I have been going to her for over ten years. She has delivered my three children, and taken care of me since that time. She is always empathetic and compassionate. I trust her with my medical care- the best.

Having this be my first visit to the gynecologist I felt her to be insensitive to my situation. I felt as though I was just another number in her day. She also seemed frustrated by the fact that I was uncomfortable letting her do a pelvic exam on my first visit. She made no effort to empathize to my situation. On my second visit I still felt rushed but she is good about answering questions and getting to the point, even so I feel as though this was not the best fit for me.

I'll have to switch to another dr. I never went satisfied after my appointments with her. Shes always in a hurry and doesnt address my concerns. She talks more than she listens. She doesnt explain why she does any examination and doesnt give me feedback on any of my tests results.shes rude sometimes and she answers my questions in ajudgmental way.the appointments r not easy, she canceled on me last time on last min.she called me today to come earlier.. Its not really organized.her nurse is rude

I love Dr. Charbonnet! I've been seeing her for 10 years now and never once I have I felt unimportant or brushed off. She is caring and understanding, a person who really gets to know her patiences. She delivered my son, exactly as we planned with no judgement on my specific birth plan. I would recommend her and her staff to everyone!

Dr Charbonnet delivered both of my sons via c-section. My first pregnancy was high risk, but she answered all of my questions and was always professional and polite. Getting ready to deliver my 3rd child and can't imaging going to anyone else! Highly recommend!

Dr Charbonnet is a wonderful OBGYN. She took time with me to address all of my concerns. I have been to many other doctors in the past, but I would choose over anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Charbonnet and the Ochsner facility. She was polite, thorough, and she put me at ease. She explained things so that I understood. I highly recommend her.
