Dr. Nicole Castellese, MD

I should have known by her air arrogance and condensation at the consult we would have a problem. That is on me. Dr. Castesllese is a competent surgeon, but her skill level is cosmetic. There is a difference in Cosmetic and Plastic surgery. Google it. Also, be careful sharing your private information both personal and medical with Dr. Castellese and her practice. Please, please, please take this warning and do your own research. You will be glad you did.

A total rip off is what she and her staff is!

She is very caring and is with you every step of the way. She will call and give you her cell number if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Nicole! She is the absolute BEST!!!

I was interested in having my breast implants removed and was referred by several women in the Tulsa area to consider Dr Nicole Castellese. I was able to get an appointment with her fairly quickly which was important to me. My first meeting with her lasted almost an hour. All my questions were answered in a straightforward and honest way. Dr Nicole is highly intelligent and honestly has the most integrity of any Dr I’ve been associated with. Dr Nicole was able to clear my mind on what to expect from this surgery. I had not one but two consultations with her plus a lengthy phone call as she explained my options on explanting and also a breast lift. I had so many questions and she was able to answer in a way that I was able to make my decision pretty quickly. My surgery was beyond all expectations from the surgical center and everyone involved to my near pain free recovery. Dr Nicole was terrific. I would highly recommend her services.

I looked 8 years for a surgeon I could trust. When I scheduled my consult Dr. Patel took such care and consideration. I knew the second I left I had found my surgeon. My surgery went well and I couldn't have asked for better results. She is a very skillful, knowledgeable surgeon. I loved my experience with her.

I came in to get skincare. Dr Nicole Patel spent an hour or more helping me with all the products and explaining how they all work and what I would need to help fix my problem areas. I love tge products! Will be back again for more things!

Dr. Patel is brilliant and caring. She answers questions thoroughly and clearly. She is an incredibly skilled surgeon who understands a women's concerns and desires. I would trust her with any procedure and was pleased with every facet of the work I had done from Hannah's warm welcome on the phone to the best results I could have ever hoped for from Dr. Patel.
