Worst Dr ever
Working in the medical field I am very understanding and patient with medical staff. Dr. Baker is the absolute worst doctor I have come across. Not only did she not address any of my issues, the one issue I said was fine she suggested I get surgery on my spine at 28 years old, I politely declined stating that’s not why I needed a pcp. I wanted to get established and have labs done to see what’s going on. The only lab she ordered was a vitamin D level which I had already done before going to her and gave her the results. Zero point. To top it off, she cut me off, talked over me and dismissed my concerns. I reached out for help since dealing with serious anxiety and panic attacks since losing my father to cancer and what did she do to help? She prescribed a medication that made things worse, I contacted again that it made things worse and her response twice was to increase the dose of the meds that were making me worse. No resources.

Do not recommend
Dr. Baker is unfortunately arrogant and does not listen. This ended up causing avoidable health issues that I complained about for 8-10 months to her, only to be told it wasn’t an issue. She does not let you finish speaking before coming to conclusions and cutting you off. She is loud and arrogant and needs to learn how to listen to her patients. She does not review charts prior to meeting with patients or responding to them. I absolutely do not trust this doctor with my care and would not recommend her to anyone I know. The staff at the facility were kind, though. Hopefully she works on these things and becomes a better physician for her patients. This is not the review I wanted to write but felt it needed to happen given the circumstances. Run from this doctor.

Kind and understanding
I’ve been a patient of Dr.Baker’s for over 10 years. She has a kind gentle bedside manner, she always wants to know what more she can do to help you with. She’s takes the time to listen and answer questions in a language I can understand, easy to talk with. She is never rushed even when she is slammed with patients. She goes over all medications throughly ever visit. She and her staff from the front desk to her nurse who takes your vitals and the nurse who draws blood are compassionate, wonderful professionals who treat you with respect. I have recommended Dr.Baker to several people over the years and they are still her patients today. I’m a happy content patient of Dr.Baker.

Gotten lazy and complacent
Went to her for over 10 years. She has become inattentive. She didn't even touch me the last couple visits. Then ran unnecessary blood work without telling me just to go on a scavenger hunt. Questions about my blood work could have been answered with a simple call and some research. She doesn't want to do anything but shove drugs and tests down you. My entire family has just switched to a new primary. We will not be going there anymore.

Been going here for around 15 years. Whole family comes here. Dr. Baker is great, the office people are great. The other doctors are great when I had to see them. Sometimes I didn't have insurance, still no problem. Good people.

Two days before leaving to travel outside the USA I saw Dr. Baker. I explained my symptoms, she TOLD me I probably had worms. I told her I had just had my dog at the Vet for his yearly and was neg. She REFUSED to listen to anything else & insisted that it was worms. She gave me a kit and told me to send it in. I told her I was feeling ill and she didn’t care &said get the test. I asked when the test would be back, she said a week. I told her I was leaving in 2 days and she DID NOT CARE! She told me to see my Gastro doctor. By the grace of God the CNP was able to see me the day before I left. The CNP did a blood test & called me at 6:30 pm and told me to get to the ER immediately and NOT to get on a plane. My Potassium level was too low. I had to have IV Therapy and was told if I would’ve gotten on the plane I could’ve had heart issues & died. Dr. Baker does NOT listen, thinks she knows everything, has a horrible bedside manor, loud and arrogant. Reviews speak Volumes

Dr. Baker is a godsend to the area. She is very thorough and actually takes the time to read through a patient's chart. Very knowledgable. Not a pill pusher, which I appreciate.
