I would give this practice a rating of zero if I could. They run their office like your worst nightmare of an old religious school. They take every chance they can to humiliate their patients in front of others. I showed up TWO MINUTES late for my pre-appointment time (NOT THE ACTUAL APPOINTMENT). Their office check-in person was not even at the desk when I came in and didn't even show up until about five minutes later, so she was late. Further, the precheck-in had nothing to do with the appointment at all. I just had to pay my copay and then sat for ten minutes before the humiliation techniques started. Just as I was supposed to come up for the actual appointment, the office manager came up and said in a loud voice she was moving me to the back of the appointment schedule in front of the whole office and a room full of patients. If you like being humiliated and given instructions like you are a five-year-old in kindergarten this is the practice for you. If not I wouldn't waste my.

Dr. Davies and her staff are superior HC providers
Dr. Davies has been my primary care physician for over 5 years and she is excellent! It is easy to get an appointment once you are an established patient, so I don't understand these other reviewers. I have always been able to get an appointment, sometimes telehealth as well, when it counts. She saw me through a rough surgery, referring me to a GI specialist, and then a surgeon, and the procedure was extremely successful. Gave me back my life, and after 15 years of diverticulitis pain and that is saying something! I have also lowered my cholesterol significantly since seeing her. My health and well being has exponentially improved after her care and that of her wonderful nurses, physicians assistant and other staff. I have also used the walk-in several times when she was not available by appointment for a last-minute care issues, such as cold and flu, and all the staff and doctors are superior. Highly recommend her.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Davies, my old doctor retired. She was very friendly, took the time to get familiar with my history. She change one of my meds that I was having a bad reaction and gave a new med to address a short term problem. Her nurse and staff were very polite and helpful and corrected a problem with my pharmacy.

Dr. Davies and her staff have changed my life forever. It is understood when chosing a primary care provider they will call you back and keep you informed. This did not happen. They did not follow through on A HIGH PRIORITY REFERRAL. My 18 year old daughter was admitted to CHKD Jan 3 of this year and died Feb 4. From complications of Leukemia. Because of their lack of follow up I will never see my child again. I hope and pray this does not happen to any of their other patients!

Dr. Davies is great. The issue is her assistant, Helena. Helena is a bad communicator, she gets things confused and tries to advise on medication. In dealing with some prescription issues, she gave me poor verbal recommendations and refused to let me talk with Dr. Davies to get them cleared up. Thankfully, I research meds or I would have ended up in ER based on Helena's misinformation. Helena lacks follow through and she gets information wrong...no attention to detail.

The doctor is fine, however, the staff is really really rude! My appointment was for 2:00 PM and I arrived early at 1:49 PM. I was not late for my appointment, didn't need to complete paperwork, and waited in the waiting room to see the doctor. By the time I was shown to the examination room I was reprimanded twice for being late! This staff is rude! I'm done with this practice!

Dr. Davies has been my pcp for several years now. She is very smart, logical, realistic, thorough and compassionate. As long as you are honest with her, she will listen and diagnose accordingly. I appreciate her application of privacy and patient first standards. I like her and her staff as well. Sometimes u have to wait for a call back but they get it right the first time instead of calling 10x to get action or answer so well worth the wait. She is a great Doctor!
