Great Physician! He really helped me
Dr. Culpepper is a highly intelligent and kind person. As someone with anxiety and OCD tendencies it is hard for me to give into trusting someone but I finally was at a point I had to do something. I was so exhausted from being anxious all of the time, I thought maybe I had ADHD or I don't know, I was really frustrated. Dr. Culpepper listened to me and had me follow up regularly. TRUST him and he WILL find something that will work for you and help you. I finally just feel normal again.

Dr. Demento not in a good way
My provider and my therapist both left this practice, just when I was finally starting to feel comfortable! When I saw the doctor he appeared not all with it. He started to doze off while I was talking to him!!!

He billed my insurance for services not provided. Took advantage of a patient’s vulnerability to line his pockets.
