Dr. Debitetto is an amazing and compassionate physician! My only complaint is that the nurse's voicemail for refilling prescriptions does not seem to return pharmacy staff's requests in a timely manner.

My Father went to him and he said he’d check on a treatment plan for him, never got back to him about it, and on the follow up my father was unable to be scheduled with him again. Complete waste of time, frustration and put his well-being in jeopardy. That is unacceptable behavior as a physician.

Dr. DeBitetto is great. I've got no complaints about him or any of the doctors there. My issue is with the staff in general and their inability to follow up, return a phone call or just answer the phone in general. When I'm told that I'll get a follow-up phone call (at least) within 48 hours and have to leave 3 voicemails, make 5 phone calls and still can't get a live person on the phone, it's incredibly frustrating. Here I am, in pain without any sort of follow through by anyone. Terrible.
