Awful at best. She had an agenda and s terrible attitude from the second she walked into the exam room. She couldn't have cared less what I had to say or what my symptoms were.

I didn't even get a chance to explain my symptoms before she shrugged, told me my levels were fine and that if I wanted to get my thyroid removed, she could refer me to a surgeon. I'm sure there's a lot more to the story on her side, but I was really disappointed with my experience.

Per my ENT's recommendation I went to see an Endocrinologist (Nicole Smith) regarding my thyroid medicine, continued and progressive symptoms after having half of my thyroid removed. Unfortunately, after waiting 3 months to get in, she was NO help at all. I was told my levels are normal so there's nothing she can do, as if my symptoms did not exist or I was the first to report this in the short time she's been practicing. There was no bedside manner, sympathy, empathy, understanding, or attempt at or suggestions for additional guidance or next steps. You being a physician and having the knowledge that you do, where could you refer from there? She was nonchalant, matter of fact, dismisive, rude and ready to get to her next patient. I come from a from a customer service and medical bakground and I would never treat a patient/customer this way. I would have told her this in person, but unfortunately I genuinely don't think that it would have made a difference.
