Dr. Thiessen has wonderful bedside manner. He is down to earth, approachable, intelligent, confident. He did not rush our meeting and explained everything very clearly. I had complete trust in him as my surgeon.

Took my father to Chandler Regional last week with severe abdominal pain. It was so severe that he could not even sit. We asked for a bed for him to lay on while we waited to be taken to a room but the staff kept saying that he had to wait his turn. He couldn't take it anymore and ended up on the floor in the back lobby, with all other patients watching him, in pain, for hours. Worst service ever. But Dr. Thiessen was very kind!! Explained things well before and after bowel obstruction surgery.
