Listen to the Reviews! See another DR.
I would highly recommend using a different doctor. I was just seen once in 2021 and was told by the "referral" department someone has to sign off so I can see a different GI doctor. Obviously they are trying not to let patients see other doctors. I remember this doctor. Rushed, didn't listen and agressive with his exam that hurt. I will not go back. I have PPO insurance. I don't need a sign off to see another doctor. I was told I do since it hasn't been 3 years. I think the real reason is he isn't a compassionate doctor and has bad reviews. I won't be allowing a "signoff" whatever that is!

Concerned Patient and also a Nurse – Mar 28, 2023

Doesn’t Care About His Patients
I tried to get in touch with the doctor to go over what needed to be done before my colonoscopy & endoscope. I was wanting to focus on getting tested for celiac disease. The GI nurse gave me the WRONG information, and Dr. Rogers confirmed that the day of my appt. I told him that was why I wanted to speak with him but they never relayed a message & he was “never available” for a callback. It has been 19 days since my procedures and I have still not received ANY information regarding my results. They said it would be 1-2 weeks. I will never see this doctor again, he does not care about his patients clearly, or the results that are found.

Dr. Rogers has dismissed every complaint I've ever given him about my pain and he refuses to listen I have been in his office begging for an MRI because I am in constant pain and he simply does not care and says he doesn't recommend one.. then tells me I have IBS. Well his medications haven't worked for over 6 months and it's still just a terrible life in pain and you can't even get anything scheduled for now, always a few months wait. He has shunned me and referred me to the gastric psych. RUDE

Dr Rogers was very patient and listened to all of my concerns, even with the added time it took due to my disability. The staff was also helpful and very patient.
