Worse office staff
Dr. LaHaye is not so bad. His office team is the absolute worse ever for a drs office. Never a return phone call, they and he do not communicate with each other what so ever. Always waiting for a return call from Heather, which is a rare occurrence. Don’t even try to get them to fax paperwork anywhere. It’s about as effective as getting a phone call back from Heather.

I had a sinus infection with a cough that burned my chest and he wouldn't give me any cough medicine. Not even anything narcotic. So no relief for my nightly coughing fits. He was useless and I don't recommend him at all.
