Satisfied patient
“Any doctor can prescribe, but only a few good ones can really heal.”Dr. Nicholas Kotch thank you for being an exceptional doctor. Your commitment to patient care and your patients' well-being is truly commendable. I’ve became an established patient of Dr. Kotch. I am currently pregnant and have demonstrated an array of concerns regarding my heart during this time. After each appointment he has left me with reassurance in his knowledgeable responses to all of my existing concerns. His bedside manner is beyond humble, gentle, calm, courteous, empathetic and so much more greatness. I am so thankful I found a great doctor.

Superb results / catheter ablation for AFIB
5 weeks ago, I underwent my 3rd catheter ablation this year, the final one being performed by Dr Kotch. I cant tell you how impressed and grateful I am to Dr Kotch and the entire surgical team at Tampa General. His technique was ingenious and it finally worked. I was having shortness of breath, and cardiac seizures caused by the afib and tachycardia, even after the other ablations and medication. Since Dr Kotch's procedure, I have not had the first incident. I can finally live life normal and not worry about driving or if I'm going to pass out at work. All I can say is THANK YOU so much!! and God Bless you!! Dr Kotch and his team from the lead Electropysiologist to every other member of his team at Tampa General are definitely the best in heart health !

I took my father to see Dr. Kotch, and the visit was outstanding. We were brought into the exam room early; Dr. Kotch met us on time; his staff was professional and prepared, and our experience surpassed our expectations. Dr. Kotch is well-versed in his specialty, patient, clear, articulate and didn't show signs of leaving the meeting, until my father and I had all of our questions answered. Dr. Kotch is an asset to Tampa General Hospital. He has a calm demeanor and superb bedside manners. We'd give six stars if we could!

I recently had to go to northside hospital being in A-fib -not having any obvious systems prior to go to my PCP-I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Kotch and Dr Wassmer. Their expertise, and beside manner in administration of my tests and care I received. I am in the midst of recovery. Fingers crossed that I do not need open-heart surgery.
