Worst “surgeon” EVER
I REGRET THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY. This doctor continuously gaslit me and completely ruined my nose from the inside out. Seriously a terrible person not sure how you live with yourself.

Revision rhinoplasty and lip lift
I had an awful experience. I paid this doctor to fix three areas of concern from a previous rhinoplasty. We spoke about it so many times and agreed to fix those areas. after surgery he made it seem as if he fixed my concerns, I verbalized to him and pointed out that they were still there, he stated he did everything he could and it wasn’t fixable. He DIDNT attempted to fix any of it. I then proceeded to ask him if it’s possible to use graft on the retraction and the dented area to fix it. his story then changed and said yes it is possible to do that as an in office procedure. First he told me nothing could be done then he changed his story, and told me it could be fixed. How is this being unrealistic-he took my money and didn’t fix my concerns instead he damaged my nose. Left my bridge uneven, breathing problems and lots of pain . Bad scar from my lip lift. This is a doctor that told me to go on with my life.

Stay Away
I had a surgery with Dr. Karter. The result was very poor. I've hardly left the house in the past year. Dr. Karter keeps saying that it looks as expected. He spent 6 months since my surgery gaslighting me. I recently found that I'm not alone. I searched Dr. Karter in the Rhinoplasty Support group and found stories of others who were gaslight by Dr. Karter. This was a helpful FB group.

Dr. Karter was amazing!!! He was so great at explaining the whole process from start to finish with my rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Dr. Karter listened to everything I asked and wanted in regards to my nose appearance. Could not be happier with the results and how attentive he was! Highly highly recommend him for any procedure, especially a rhinoplasty.

A highly skilled professional
Dr. Karter has changed my life. He performed a deep plane neck lift with truly astonishing results. I have truly never met a surgeon as kind, calm and skilled as he. Erin and the office staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable and the staff at the Surgical Center was superb. I highly recommend Dr. Karter and am so grateful to have met him.

Dr. Karter is a highly accomplished surgeon with the added bonus of being a medical professional with outstanding interpersonal skills. He is responsive to questions and explains things thoroughly and in a way I can understand. I recently had a rhytidectomy and am completely satisfied with the results, 2 months out. No complaints, only good things to say. Highest recommendation.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Karter! He is such a genuine person and it shows in all he does and how he deals with patients & staff. I was very nervous to have rhinoplasty but Dr. Karter and his staff made everything so seamless and they were so accommodating for me as I live out of state. I couldn't be more happy with the results only 2 weeks out and had no pain during the entire process. Thank you for truly changing my life and taking away my biggest insecurity! My only regret is that I didn't come to you sooner!

I had a deep tissue facelift (not mini facelift) done by Dr. Karter. I found him to be extremely caring, reassuring and competent. He is pretty young which concerned me initially but he has excellent training and experience and I am very pleased with the result of my surgery. I did not have any complications and the healing process progressed as he outlined it would.

Dr Karter is EXCELLENT. I have to say from the movement I walked into the office his office staff was so warm and reassuring. They calmed my nerves, as I was somewhat nervous. And once I had my first consultation with Dr. Karter, I can honestly say he made me feel even more at ease, educated me, gave me so much information on the cosmetic procedure Liquid Rhinoplasty. He took his time with explaining everything so that I could make a well informed decision, which by the way he performed with such ease. And I must say, Dr. Karter did a wonderful job, I look even more natural and feel so much more confident with my nose and look. I definitely feel more comfortable with my look than ever before. I am definitely coming back again. I recommend him highly. Thank you Dr. Karter

I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Dr. Karter once I made the decision to pursue rhinoplasty. Although I considered the surgery for quite some time, it was a difficult decision that was accompanied by a great deal of fear. However, upon leaving my first consultation with Dr. Karter, I was confident that he had the expertise and skill to provide me the results I hoped for. In actuality, the final result exceeded my expectations. I appreciated Dr. Karter’s willingness to thoroughly answer all of my questions and his genuine concern in checking in on me post-surgery. Dr. Karter is committed to his practice and patients, and I highly recommend him for any facial plastic surgery you may be considering.

I'd been considering in getting fillers in the tear trough area for a while, but was having trouble finding a doctor that I felt comfortable with. Luckily I found Dr. Karter and was able to make an appointment easily. On both of my visits, the staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Karter himself was a pleasure. He took his time explaining the process, the tools and type of filler he'd be using and his technique. I was a little nervous because of where the filler would be injected, but on the day of my procedure Dr. Karter helped reassure me and everything went well. Pain was very minimal and I'm very happy with the results!

I highly recommend Dr. Karter. He has a phenomenal chair side manner and thoroughly explains your options so you can understand. He takes his time and makes sure he has covered all of the patient’s concerns. Not once was I concerned about what my outcome was going to be as he and his staff made my experience very comfortable. I honestly could not have had a better result! I definitely will choose Dr. Karter for whatever facial surgeries I may need in the future. He took what I felt was a bad situation and turned it around 360 degrees. Once in his care, I felt assured that thing would turn out great thorough out the process.

Initially I saw Dr. Karter to repair my stretched earlobes from wearing heavy earrings. He was able to do it in the office and the results were perfect. He even pierced them for me after they healed. During that time I asked him about getting fillers. He listened patiently to all my concerns and questions. Afterward we came up with a plan that I felt comfortable with. The procedures were virtually painless and the results wonderful. I look like a better version of myself. Dr. Karter is truly a professional. He is kind, patient and his skills are amazing.

I am so happy to have met Dr. Karter. He always takes the time to make sure I understand my options and is 100% honest about what to expect. I never feel rushed in or out. Dr. Karter really takes the time to make sure he understands the exact results I’m looking for and then goes over all the options and makes sure I know exactly what to expect. Dr. Karter was great to work with. I have been looking to get these injection procedures done for some time to help balance my face. He was able to walk me through each step and found the appropriate solution to my problems. Dr. Karter is very skilled, was attentive and listened well.
