Have had 3 hand surgeries with Dr Cook. All went very well. The staff and he are friendly and answered all my questions.

I felt pushed into an xray of a soft tissue injury w no real explanation (just exasperation from the nurse). I didn’t get good explanation of my options and very little explanation of the actual procedure. When I asked about percentage of X happening, I was told ‘a lot’ rather than numbers on which I could make a good decision.At the end of the day the process felt more like ‘how can we make the most money’ rather than how can we educate the patient on treatment options.

Dr Cook and the staff that worked with me during my visit were friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and were caring and personable. Dr Cook explained what he was going to do to treat my condition and what to expect.

Dr. Cook was very nice & very thoughtful to me. I had a a painful finger when i made the appt. & it had calmed down when I went to see him. I felt like I was taking up his time. He assured me not at all. He said when I had a flair up to call right away so he could see me again. Gave me some things I could do & took his time with me. Staff was great also.

It is my pleasure to give a review. Dr Cook & the entire staff were exactly what a great dr & customer care should be - and then some! I was extremely anxious about the process, having never dealt with anything like it. CIO staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly every step of the way - from walking in the door, to registration, to the dr himself, and the check out staff. I was a nervous mess and admittedly asked too many questions, totally overreacted to the pain of the shots, and basically reverted to my natural 100% irrational goofy too-much-drama self. They saw me, heard me, and completely engaged with me to address all my worries and be “with” me every step of the way. Dr. Cook and his staff are amazing. I will go back for my additional shots with a very peaceful mindset & no fears. Which is no small thing! Thank you CIO & Dr. Cook!

I was treated for Right Wrist Fracture. Operation went well. CIO has talented and experienced team. Center is well equipped and provides very good care. Everyone has been very kind, considerate and helpful.
