Do not come to Dr Nghia Nguyen office. He will forces you to sign in a sheet to release your information to Hermann Southwest Hospital (health exchange). If you do not sign the form then he do not accept/care for you. This is definitely a very wrong doing of this doctor office. This office needs to be investigated to find out why this doctor does that to the new patients.

I needed some information from the office to help dispute a wrong charge on my bills from a laboratory which they sent my blood tests to , but the billing clerk denied their responsibility and refused to help in a very unprofessional and irresponsible manner. I had to argue with her in order to be able to talk with the doctor, who could finally help. I did not want to raise this issue about this clerk, but she turned the story around and complained to my brother, who was also a patient there, th
